Description

Designed to work with our 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System, this system uses a combination of carbon filters to remove chlorine, heavy metals, and organic solids from your drinking water. The result is clear and great-tasting water, free of unwanted minerals. A great way to provide clean drinking water at home or in the office, the ProSeries 5-Stage Replacement filters are easy installation and designed to minimize the resin buildup with direct replacement filters. 

This set includes:

  •  (1) 5 Micron Sediment Cartridge Filter
  •  (2) 5 Micron Carbon Block Cartridge Filter
  •  (1) 10" Inline GAC Cartridge Filter (1/4" Female with 2-3/8" fittings and 2-1/4" Fittings)
It is recommended to change filters every 6-12 months.
It is recommended to change membranes (sold separately) every 3 years.
Recommended Add-Ons:
The 50 GPD Filmtec membrane is certified to remove 96%-98% of stabilized salts that can be found in your water. When changing filters, make sure to sanitize the system before replacing them. Use a sanitizer kit for the membrane to help keep the system clear of any harmful bacteria.

The parts fit, but the in-line filter was omitted from the order. However, the customer service rep mailed the missing filter as he promised. Mistakes occur, but if the company promptly corrects the error, I am understanding. The ProSeries 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Filter Set fit my Puromax PC5 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Fiter System, although I had to install fittings on the in-line filter. The taste of the water from the installed system is noticeably better than tap water or the water filtered through a 1-stage carbon filter on my refrigerator-freezer, so I am pleased with the product. Based on the prompt response of the customer service team, I recommend Reverse Osmosis Superstore for your filter and membrane replacement needs.
