The softener arrived with no instructions.

The softener arrived with no instructions, no instruction on line or videos. customer service really does not exist, first call went well even stated will have instructions sent by end of the day, but I 1/2 week later nothing. So called again a different man answered said sure within a hour, 1/2 in drive hour later they were there. Problem not for my unit, made for a demo unit much bigger than the one I have, but they were sent. Looked on line for something similar and followed those directions, not quite the same but about 1/2 size bigger than the one I have. I I'm sure it will be fine, it's just time wasted trying to get it going.
