Description

The AXEON X3 Series Seawater Reverse Osmosis System is engineered for seawater desalination and other extremely high total dissolved solids applications that require sustained high pressure operation. Designed for demanding environments, the X3 Series is capable of treating feedwater with total dissolved solids levels up to 45,000 ppm, making it ideal for seawater and high salinity process water applications.

With system capacities ranging from 5.6 to 27.8 gallons per minute, the AXEON X3 Series delivers reliable permeate production while maintaining a compact and serviceable system layout. The platform is designed for straightforward installation and user friendly operation, supporting long term performance in industrial and coastal environments.

Each AXEON X3 Series system is constructed with robust, corrosion resistant components to ensure durability under high pressure operating conditions. Standard construction includes a duplex stainless steel axial piston high pressure pump, high pressure hoses, stainless steel valving, and FRP membrane housings equipped with duplex stainless steel side ports. These materials are selected specifically to withstand the rigors of seawater desalination and high salinity feedwater.

The result is a heavy duty reverse osmosis system engineered for consistent performance, long service life, and reliable operation in high pressure seawater applications.

Test Parameters: 35,000 TDS filtered (5-micron), dechlorinated, municipal feedwater, 65 psi / 4.50 bar feed pressure, 950 psi / 65.5 bar operating pressure, 77°F / 25°C, recovery as stated, 7.0 pH. Data taken after 60 minutes of operation.
A. Low temperatures and feedwater quality, such as high TDS levels will significantly affect the system’s production capabilities and performance. Computer projections must be run for individual applications which do not meet or exceed minimum and maximum operating limits for such conditions.
B. Product flow and maximum recovery rates are based on feedwater conditions as stated above. Do not exceed recommended permeate flow.
