The AXEON X2 Series Commercial Reverse Osmosis System is engineered for high demand applications that require reliable operation under challenging feedwater conditions. Designed specifically for brackish water and high total dissolved solids, the X2 Series is built to operate at elevated pressures while maintaining consistent, high volume permeate production.

With system capacities ranging from 21 to 126 gallons per minute, the AXEON X2 Series effectively reduces dissolved solids in both municipal and well water sources. The platform supports multiple membrane configurations, including low energy brackish water membranes for cold temperature applications and high rejection membranes for high TDS conditions, allowing each system to be tailored to site specific water quality requirements.

Each AXEON X2 Series system is equipped with a factory programmed controller that manages system operation, monitoring, and protection. Standard features include motorized feed valve control, integrated TDS probes, and panel mounted pressure and flow instrumentation. Larger system configurations incorporate digital flow indicators and variable frequency drive motor controls to improve efficiency, stability, and overall system performance.

Built for long term durability in industrial and commercial environments, the AXEON X2 Series utilizes stainless steel components throughout critical areas of the system. This includes the vertical multistage high pressure pump, cartridge filter housing, high pressure piping and valves, and reinforced side ports on the FRP membrane housings. The result is a robust reverse osmosis platform designed for continuous operation in demanding brackish water applications.

System pressure is variable due to water conditions. Permeate flow will increase at higher temperatures and decrease at lower temperatures.
