Reverse Osmosis Superstore will continue to stay open during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are going to do our part to try to reduce the spread. Please be patient with us over the next few weeks as we are working through this the best we can, while trying to protect our workers and customers.

To protect our workers, we're working in smaller crews and different shifts to help keep orders processed and shipped.

The best way to contact us at the moment is email: support@reverseosmosis.com or through chat.  We have customer service representatives taking calls, however our call volume has increased greatly.  If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message we we'll respond as soon as we can.

Our lobbies and public offices are closed so we can minimize the exposure to the Coronavirus, this will help us keep processing and shipping orders as long as possible.  We realize this is not convenient or ideal, but we believe it is the best way to make sure to take care of our customers, our workers, and our community.
