Returns & Exchanges

**If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or return it within 30 days of your order. All items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@reverseosmosis.com with your order details.


Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If you have received the wrong product that you didn't order we will happily cover the shipping cost to get you the product that you deserve. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
